  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 handful spinach leaves, washed
  • 1 handful kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions

    1. Gather all the fresh ingredients—banana, green apple, pineapple, spinach, kale, and chia seeds.
    2. Peel and chop the banana. Core and chop the green apple into chunks. Ensure the pineapple is cut into manageable pieces.
